First to explain why I write this essay. I have been gambling on the net or at land-based casinos for many years. When you begin to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and over and over again, believe me, this plan RARELY ever functions. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll set to the side before starting your action. Don’t go over that boundary, no matter how appealing. If you actually win, put that in a separate canister. Do not use your wins no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your original set limit, bail out. Leave, whether it is on the internet or at a land based betting house, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, a different time.

Always remember, gambling should be FUN not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, do not even begin.
